Refund Policy

Thank you for being a valued customer. We hope you are happy with our services.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services for any reason, you may ask for a refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving your cancelation request, we will process your a full refund, if the request was made within 30 minutes from your payment.
Please allow at least up to 7 business days from the receipt of your request to process your refund.
*Full refunds will be applied only in 2 cases:
1- If the cancelation was requested within 30 minutes of completion and payment by the sender
and the money was not deposited to the beneficiary bank account or picked up by the beneficiary.
  2- If the transaction was not completed due to a technical reason on our side.
If the refund request is made after 30 minutes from the process commecement, and the transaction could
not be completed because of a misinformation or mistake made by the sender or by the beneficiary,
operational costs and fees may apply.
EXCEPTIONS  
The following transactions cannot be refunded
Transactions where the money has been deposited in the beneficiary bank account
Transactions where the money has been picked up or delivered to the beneficiary
